Terms

 

  • Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday. 

  • There is an 9% Resort Surcharge

  • Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT). 

  • Rates include full staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener, laundress) 

  • Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply (Currency Converter)

  • There is an expected 10% tip in high season and 15% in low season that is not included in the rates.
